Education Support

OCVA provides an annual $1000 scholarship to a student enrolled in a nursing program at Oregon Coast Community College. Preference is given to a veteran or a family member of a veteran.

Holiday Food Baskets

OCVA provides a $300 holiday food shopping trip for up to 3 veteran families in Lincoln County for Thanksgiving dinner, and also up to 3 veteran families for Christmas dinner.

Support Services

OCVA provides critical emergency support to veterans and veteran families in need, helping them through unexpected crises with utilities, transportation, food, etc.

This assistance is provided on a case-by-case basis and is subject to funds availability. Contact an OCVA officer   for assistance or additional information.

All veterans are invited to attend our meetings

Oregon Coast Veterans Association meets on the second Saturday of the month at 11:00 am at the Newport Elks Lodge, 45 SE Moore Drive.
